V1A is an automated algorithmic trading tool provided by Inkspired Creation as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. By subscribing, you authorize V1A to place trades on LINK, BTC, CL, XAU on CoinDCX using the API credentials you provide. Inkspired Creation is a technology provider only — we are not a broker, financial advisor, portfolio manager, or investment advisor of any kind, and nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.
All subscription payments to V1A are final and non-refundable, regardless of trading performance, account activity, or reason for discontinuation. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Trading in cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. Prices can be highly volatile and unpredictable. Past performance of V1A, whether backtested or live, is not indicative of future results. Inkspired Creation does not guarantee any level of profit and bears no responsibility or liability for any trading losses incurred through use of this bot. You trade entirely at your own risk and discretion, using your own funds held in your own CoinDCX account.
Your privacy is a priority. Your CoinDCX API key and secret are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption before storage, and are only decrypted transiently to execute trades on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or credentials with third parties. Inkspired Creation never has custody of your funds — all funds remain in your own exchange account at all times.
New users receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription of ₹5000 per 30 days (subject to valid discount coupons, minimum payable amount ₹2500). Bot access is automatically suspended when a subscription expires or is cancelled.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkspired Creation, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from the use of V1A.
